When Do I Ship?

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Thursday.

All fulfilled orders will be taken to the post office by Friday 5pm of that week.

 

Do I ship internationally?

Not currently, I only ship within the United Sates.

Shipping times are extended during Covid-19 so for the moment I will only be shipping domestically.

 

Want the package to be sent as a Gift?

You can send a personal note in the gift package that is hand write by me, there’s a section in the checkout for writing out the personal note. I also wrap each shipment in tissue paper before adding it into the mailer.

 

WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS?

ASAP after placing your order with any address changes. If you've already received a shipping notification, please email me so that I can expect a possible return to sender & we can find a solution.

 

What Sustainable Actions Do I take?

HOW WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?

I use USPS to ship all of my orders, package that have priority shipping come with a tracking number that will be received within 24/48 hours of printing the labels through email.

If there are issues with receiving the tracking number after 2 days contact me by email at contact@emilyrosebartlett.com and I will sort it out.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:

  • If the shop is at fault, for example if your item(s) were sent in error (wrong item, wrong quantity etc.) or are defective (damaged or mis-printed) we will cover shipping return and/or exchange charges. 

  • You can ALWAYS cancel your order & have it refunded BEFORE YOUR ITEM HAS SHIPPED. Please notify me ASAP if you'd like to make any changes to or cancellations of your order.

LOSSES, DAMAGES & MISTAKES:

Please contact me at contact@emilyrosebartlett.com  if you experience any delays, losses or other issues with shipping. If your order arrives with something damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email me at : contact@emilyrosebartlett.com within 10 days of receiving your order, so that we can either file a claim, replace your item, or provide you with a refund or equivalent coupon for future use.

Please note that we are not responsible for damages, losses or delays incurred by USPS.
